David Kelley founded IDEO and led the creation of the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford University. He spoke at TED in March on “How to Build your Creative Confidence.” Today he’s also published an opinion piece on CNN’s website – “You are the Creative Type.”
My goal in life, “to add joy to the world by spreading creativity” is heavily influenced by David’s goal, ”my purpose [is] to help as many people as possible regain the creative confidence they lost along their way.” Having worked at IDEO myself, David Kelley’s work has certainly had an immense impact on my own creativity.
David Kelley, you are my hero.
